When we went back up to our room for the night, our keys would not work and we had to trek back down to the front desk. With us being from the Houston area, it is hard to find any better mexican food than we have here, but this was good. We decided to eat at the Mexican restaurant for dinner. Now, that could have just been a lucky streak and next time we may leave all of it there, but this trip was great. Their slots seem to pay better than most.
Generally when we go to the casino, one of us will do fairly well and the other will not, but this trip we both did amazing. We walked the entire floor before deciding where to start playing. We headed straight to the casino after unpacking and were amazed. Bed was comfortable and room was very quiet at night. The rooms are a nice size, I think partly because they do not fill them wall to wall with furniture. Went to our room and found it very clean and well kept. 19, before noon and while the front desk was busy it was only a short wait and to my surprise we were able to check in. It is on the edge of our driving distance but it turned out to be an ok drive. We had heard a lot about WinStar from several different people and decided to try it.
